Q: Why do I need to verify with IMVU/OpenID every time I buy credits?
A: The main reason behind having you login to IMVU every time before you buy credits from IMVUCE.com, is simple. You already have an IMVU account,
why should you have to register a whole new account just to buy credits? This way you can prove you are who you say you are with one simple redirect over
to IMVU, then back to our website to finish the order.
Q: Is it safe to use OpenID?
A: Extremely safe! We send you over to IMVU to confirm who you are, and then IMVU tells us yes or no basically. And after that we can allow you to pay us
for the credits you want to buy. It's pretty simple, and an extra step of security that allows us to stay around.
Q: How can I sell credits to IMVUCE?
A: If you want to sell your IMVU Credits to us, simply go to the Sell Credits page and check to see if we are currently buying.
If the giant round button is orange, click it and follow the sell credits process. If it is greyed out, please come back again when we are buying. =)
Q: Why is my testimonial not showing up?
A: We manually review all testimonials before putting them live on the site. Due to the amount of spam on the internet, we don't trust the fact that one day
there might be a person telling us how much they enjoyed our service, then the next day random ads for the "blue triangular pill" are plastered on our page.

Q: I ordered credits, but where are they?
A: If you ordered credits, they will be immediately sent over to your IMVU avatar account after we receive payment. If for some reason your credits have not shown up, please
contact help@imvuce.com and report the issue, and we will make sure you get your credits asap. Sometimes PayPal's Payment Notification
server can be slow, which means we may have to manually process you order, but will do so promptly if need be. Luckily this rarely happens so our Instant Credit Delivery is almost guaranteed.
Q: I haven't received payment yet for selling credits, how long does it take?
A: Need not worry, the funds should show up soon. On average it takes minutes to an hour to receive payment. The maximum time it'll be is around 10 hours.
Q: I am still in need of assistance, what do I do now?
A: If you are not finding what you need on our help page - make sure to contact support at help@imvuce.com.
